Frequently Asked Questions

+ What does my registration fee include?

Your registration fee is $50. The course fee is separate to this and must be paid at the beginning of each term. This includes one weekly match in our Street Futsal Competition for the whole term.

+ How often do I pay the registration fee?

Only once. You will never have to pay the registration fee again, even if you take a break from us and wish to return at a later date.

+ When do registrations open?

Registrations will open at the end of each term for the following term.

+ How much does it cost and how can I pay?

Kick Academy Program:

Our Kick Academy Program varies per term. It includes one weekly match in our Street Futsal Competition. It covers our experienced coaches, ref fees and all administration activities.

All payments will be paid at the start of each term and via credit card. There will be no direct debit systems.

Register your team:

This option is not part of the KA program. You can simply register a team yourself and pay us the team fee to join the competition for that age group.

Register your team for the term for $1,450.

Instead of paying weekly, it is an upfront cost, and the onus falls on whoever is coaching/managing the team to register your team, pay the fees, and then work it out between yourselves as to how you split it up.

Regardless of how many children you have in your team, our fee is always based on 7 children per team.

+ Does my child have to join a comp, or can they just do training?

If you only want your child to take part in the training sessions and not be part of the competition, then they can sign up to a training package based on their development level as a non-comp member.

+ Do I have to join in at the start of the term or do you accept midterm enrolments?

You can start at any time; however, the full fee applies for the term-based program.

+ What are your payment options? (i.e. card, cash etc.)

Card only.

+ Is my party/event booking refundable or transferable?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with Kick Academy.

Kick Academy operates a no-refund policy for all cancellations, non-attendances, late attendance or failure to participate. You may be given the opportunity to reschedule your booking only under exceptional circumstances as deemed by management.

Please be advised the full payment of your booking is required prior to your arrival. Our team will contact you in the week leading up to the booking date to confirm final details and process the remaining 50% payment.

+ I would like to cancel my registration. How do I do this?

Please send us an email at: [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

+ Do you offer discounts for multiple children?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for multiple children.

+ How many kids are there in each team?

Teams will have no more than 7 kids.

+ Do we parents have to stay at the venue for the duration of training sessions or comp games?

We highly recommend you remain on site of our venue while your child is attending. We do not take responsibility for children left attended on our premises.

+ What time should I arrive before my party session?

10—15 mins prior is ideal, so you can settle in before the fun starts!

+ What clothing and footwear should my child wear, and are there change rooms available?

Indoor soccer shoes or comfortable running shoes. We have toilets with showers that can be used to get changed.

+ Will I need to purchase a uniform for my child? Can this be purchased at the academy?

Uniforms are compulsory and are automatically applied at checkout. For non-members or members who wish to purchase another uniform, they can be purchased from reception.
